I know a lot of Chem-Dry Carpet Cleaning Franchises and work with them a lot. I found Rich of Johnson Chem-Dry to be very professional, friendly and hardworking. When there was a scheduling conflict with another contractor, Rich was most accommodating. For a very reasonable price, our carpets are looking great ~ thanks to Rich! I would highly recommend Rich for friendly affordable service and a carpet cleaning job well done

My experience with Chemdry was awesome my carpets where really bad from a previous tenant I let Richard know that, he was very polite an said he would take care of them I didn't think they could become as clean as he got them! Thankx a bunch !
