- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Examining the work area and taking accurate measurements is very important to us to provide you with a quote. We'll need to schedule a time for an estimator to go out, take measurements and discuss details with the homeowner. Our estimates are free of charge. We send estimates by email within 48 hours and once the customer approves the estimate we schedule a start date for the project.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
it's best to hire a professional to get it done right the first time. Decide on your starting point and specify to your contractor where you'd like to start. a total renovation may be not in the plans now, prices will change in the future and so I suggest pointing out certain area of interest, getting an estimate to compare to your budget and setting a date as availability may change. Book 1 project at a time.
