Patrick's work is second to none. He took the time to make sure the wheelchair ramp for my father was ADA compliant. His entire concern throughout the job was to maintain my dad's safety and comfort. Also, not only is the ramp very sturdy, it looks nice too. When the job was finished, there was absolutely no mess. Everything was cleaned like the construction never happened! I plan on referring Stares Restoration to everybody.May 21, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Depending on the job, the rate may vary. But before any work starts, there will be a clear understanding between me and the client, regarding how much the work will cost. I will put that in writing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to meet them in person and have them tell me what project it is they want done. I like to look everything over to determine that it is a job I know I can do. I will give them an honest, written estimate with no hidden prices on anything. I like to give them a time line for start and finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been a journeyman carpenter for over 20 years with local 101 United Brotherhood of Carpenters in Baltimore.
