Keontai was nice and explained things promptly. It was my first time getting a home security. Monthly charge their equipment are a bit expansive than other companies tho. There's a lot of extra charges other than monthly monitoring fee. For example, a cell tower charge $100 for equip & $12.99 per month (if you don't have a landline), police fee $30 for first 3 year, camera, etc), so you should read the contact thoroughly.
