What a great experience. John explained everything as he progressed. The roof was done in one day as were the new gutters. They weren’t the cheapest (the lowest price was from a guy who never even came to my house which made me nervous). They were nowhere near the highest price. It wasn’t just about price...service and quality mattered the most and Blue Nail nailed that!

I had an appointment with Blue Nail set up for 8:30 on a Saturday morning. John, who came to conduct the estimate showed up promptly at 8:15. He was extremely professional and took the time to fully explain everything to me. He showed me samples, pamphlets with endless information, and was extremely knowledgeable and able to give detail explanations for all of my questions. You could tell he is truly passionate and knows what he is talking about. After our initial meeting, he sent me my estimate within a few days. He also followed up asking if i had any questions and if i wanted to discuss anything further i could contact him at any time. He is truly professional and his work ethic is incredible. Once the contract was signed, he set up the date for my roof to be replaced. He was very conscious of the weather and details. His workers were respectful and he was on the property to inspect! The quality of the work as a whole was remarkable. I will be using Blue Nail for all of my future interior and exterior jobs! Thank you for a job well done!

Blue Nail always goes above and beyond. Last spring they redid my roof and did a fantastic job. The company and team were always extremely professional. They even went the extra mile to send my neighbors a letter to warn them about noise and debris. No company has ever done that. They just finish my gutters and I will be contracting them for my siding this spring! Excellent job Blue Nail! I highly recommend!
