- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Completing a project is one thing, but making sure that all expectations are met/exceeded throughout every step of the project is what we take pride in. We take the time to get to know our customers and answer any and all questions they may have. We want our clients to feel comfortable with a little better understanding of how the process works.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started in the roofing business in 2008. I recently started my own business after seeing customers faced with estimates ranging from 5,000 to 25,000 for the same project. I wanted to help customers understand more about their project and what they should really pay.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked on houses big and small.
