I have a small business that does not need a full time tech support. Jeff was willing to come in on the weekend while we were closed to perform maintenance and upgrades. Very convenient. And was excellent with follow up to make sure the job he did was what we needed and everything was working correctly.

I had bought a new P.C. with the intentions of doing the hook up, downloads, etc. on my own. It would require attaching a wireless printer/fax/scanner, as well. It sat there for over two years waiting for me to get around to doing it. When enough was enough, I saw Jeff's name in the "Next Door Neighbor" website & decided to take a chance. This gentleman came to my home, conducted himself professionally, is knowledgeable, & was extremely efficient at putting my system together in a very short time. I couldn't have been more pleased & can only praise & highly recommend his services for your computer needs.

Jeff Corneau helped us with our home computers and helped us set up a new television. He was great! We had an ongoing wifi issue where computers and devices on one side of the house were not always connecting. He was awesome, and patient and figured out a solution to the problem that even the cable company had not been able to resolve. We also appreciated that he took the time to explain things to us. We highly recommend him!
