All my services are free, and the customer then gets a free installation from the company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I sit down with a customer and look at their power bill, create a free savings analysis' based on the solar program they choose, show them their savings and switch them over to solar.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Customer service and sales. Did solar installations for same company before switching to sales dept.
