Introduction: I always think about what I would want out of a photographer, and then, I try to go a step or two beyond that. I am very creative with my shots while also being traditional. I am very easygoing and will work with anyone to get exactly what they want! I love being the photographer that no one notices, so I can capture the most candid of moments. Photography is my passion. I love everything about it, from preparing for the day to sending out the final edited images!

Caitrin Roesler came out this fall to do an engagement photo shoot for us. She was friendly, professional, organized and lots of fun. Our photo shoot felt relaxed and there was lots of laughter. I personally strongly dislike having my photo taken and Caitrin recognized that and was able to help us create moments that felt natural and not staged or forced. We received our photos very quickly and we were extremely pleased with the results. They captured not only our most attractive sides but also reflected the humor upon which our relationship is largely based and featured our very handsome and distinguished pug (per our request). My fiancé and I both lead extremely busy lives and Caitrin worked around our schedules and met us at our requested location. We highly recommend Caitrin! You will not be disappointed. We wish she was available on our wedding date!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the needs of my clients. This is something we discuss together.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically get to know my new clients via email first - getting to know what kind of photography they are looking for, what their personal style is, the style of the event, etc. Once things are officially booked, I like to meet in person if possible, or speak on the phone. I find this more personal interaction to put my clients at ease about hiring me - this way I am no longer a stranger but YOUR photographer!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying photography since 1999. I concentrated on photography in college, graduating with a Bachelors of Fine Arts, Studio Art Major. I have always been a photographer, but it wasn't until 2011 that I began event photography. Ever since my first event, I was a hooked! I love capturing memories forever for my clients!
