- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My philosophy is, you get what you pay for. You can check out my website for my prices. I come with an Exercise Science Degree and full knowledge of education in the fitness world knowing how to properly train individuals according to their health and fitness goals individually. Every client is assigned and coached based on science backed training and knowledge to assist them with their health and fitness goals.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process is my setting up an assessment with client by getting them to come in my personal studio for an assessment/consultation appointment so I can fully to be able to setup and personalize their program based on their assessment and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am Certified Master Trainer with an Exercise Science Degree. Which covers my being a Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Strength & Conditioning, Specialist in Exercise Therapy, Specialist in Senior Fitness, Group Training, Youth Fitness Trainer, Yoga Instructor and last but not least, Nutritionist.
