What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Websites range at about $500. Social Media Management ranges at about $100 a month. Website maintenance at around $100 a month. Yearly domain and hosting fees are $130 which is not paid to me but the host. Computer repair and logo design varies by project.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Starts with emailing back and forth to understand what the client needs and how we are going to make that happen. Eventually will meet the client 1 on 1 and talk more details involving execution and payment. Afterwards, will continue to utilize email until project is completed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelor of Science in Web Development & Computer Science from Thiel College.
