We had our rehearsal dinner at Red Rocks Grill and we were so pleased with the experience! Leading up to the dinner Kaylee was so helpful and responsive with my questions and providing me information on pricing. We had a number of good buffet options to choose from and elected to do the taco and burrito bar. It was perfect! Having a buffet style dinner instead of plated let people mingle more and feel less “stuck” to their particular seat at the table, and we feel like it made it more fun!
We had a private space where the buffet was so it really felt like our own party space which was great! My husband and I frequent Red Rocks Grill for weekend brunch and the staff has always been fantastic, and our rehearsal dinner was no exception! Our server was attentive, helpful, and everyone had a great time. Thank you Red Rocks Grill!

Red Rocks Catering catered the reception at my wedding, and it is the only caterer that I would trust with handling important events. Their attention to detail and quality of service was exceptional. The prime rib made our guests’ mouths water, and the creamy mash potatoes were addictive. Everything was hot and delicious. Our guests raved about the food, and it was truly a relief to not have to worry about anything regarding the cocktail hour, dinner, or cake cutting. The servers were friendly and dressed impeccably. The Red Rocks event planner, Kaylee Pierce, made sure all of the place settings and flowers were arranged beautifully, and she went out of her way to meet my husband and I’s every request. Red Rocks Catering handled the events of the entire evening with professionalism and style. I can not recommend them strongly enough.

We used Red Rocks Catering for an after party following our wedding. They allowed us to use half of their facility along with providing great customer service. Kaley is so helpful and quick to answer any questions. They were kind to all of our guests and provided attentive service. Kaley also worked with me to make sure they could accommodate our party and specific needs. I highly recommend this place!

The Red Rocks Grill did a great job catering our company holiday party. The food was delicious and nicely presented. It was a pleasure working with Kaylee and her team in planning this event.
