- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive and based on years of experience in building. To get the most accurate pricing, we need to know some information about the home, such as the square footage, age, and type of foundation. The address is great as well, as I can usually look it up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak with new customers for a couple of minutes to get the information about the home so I can be sure to get an accurate quote to them and make sure I have a good time slot available. Sometimes I can be more flexible than the calendar may indicate. If there are any doubts or special concerns, contact me. Once it is set up, it is up to the customer. They are welcome to come to the inspection and ask questions, but they are not required to be there as I have access to the showing system for the local MLS. Whatever works, It is all about making things convenient. Once the report is delivered, often the same day, but almost always within 24 hours, we can go over any questions that arise, with the client or their agent.
