FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the duct system and the number of air handling units in the home. For a typical single furnace home, the price is usually between $400 and $700. If it is a multi-zone system, the price may be higher. We also offer several different add-on services as a convenience to our customers. These include sanitizing the ducts with a non-toxic mold, bacteria, and virus inhibiting solution ($95), dryer vent cleaning ($65), and filter replacement (varies).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try to make the process as easy as possible. If a number is provided, we will typically first call the customer to get a clear picture of how we can help them. If it is determined that we meet their need and they accept the quote, we can schedule an appointment for the work to be completed on the phone. In the event that we need to further assess their situation, a free video inspection of their duct/dryer vent can be scheduled.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are very serious about education and staying on the top of our field. That is why we adhere to all NADCA and NFPA standards for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. In addition, we carry a CSIA certification as certified chimney and venting professionals. Our company, our vehicles, and our workers are fully insured.
