FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on Free. Yes, my service is free, however, there are hard costs. Such as gas, prints, maintenance, lodging, and food (if required) that have to be assessed. So what is considered as a quote is really based upon hard costs. I do not reject gratuity. I do put out a paper for model release of photography which allows me to use the photos.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet and discuss the event, time, venue, and attendees as well as the party. We develop of list of important people and what photos are needed. We then develop a plan of when to shoot with these people. We want to ensure we get all the shots necessary. We also developed a loose timeline of events. This way we can ensure the day follows a flow and help keep things on track.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both photographers possess bachelor's degrees in sciences. Given our education, we spend a lot of time analyzing our shoots, honing our skills, and looking at the psychology behind our shooting, the shots, and our clients.
