Introduction: We go above and beyond good costumer service. We do this by treating you the way we would want to be treated with the up most respect. We all was look out for the costumer by finding you the best deals on material and we never up charge. What we mean by that is some company will tell you materials are $100 knowing they will only cost $50 they up charge you to make more money. In some cases we do not even charge for materials because we will already have them from another job,where the costumer did not want to keep them that is a blessing to us so we pass it on to you. But the biggest thing that make K&M Contracting stand out is we stand behind our work if there is ever a problem with the work we have completed for you with in our 1 year parts and labor warranty we will come and fix it for free no charge at all. Seeing the job completed and knowing that we took something that was broking , missing , or was needed to make someone's life better and we repaired , replaced, or added what was needed to maybe make someone's day a little better
