I lost power to my entire condo unit for almost a whole week. Did everything I could on my own and I hit a wall. Joe came through at 10am, within an hour figured out what was wrong (it wasn't obvious), and I had power back by 2pm. He was also very helpful in clearing up some miscommunication with Pepco. I'm really glad I hired him.
