- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our fees are percentage based and ALL INCLUSIVE. We do not charge any additional fees and we do not markup any maintenance or repair service. Full accounting and reporting to each client monthly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first qualify our potential client and the property to make sure they are a good fit for our specialty service. Once they are qualified and signed on with us we inspect their property, document the property in our files with photos and detailed reports. Then we perform a market analysis to ensure proper rental rate and place the property for rent on the open market and through our broker and leasing agent network.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold a Real Estate Brokers license and decades of experience in the property management industry.
