- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price every job to use only the best material mad for the task at hand you get what you pay for I believe I make the same money as someone who might use a product that cost less then what I use the only difference is my customer gets the best product available to him/her on the market now and they won’t have to call me back because there’s a problem with the job instead they call me to give me a referral or to have me return to do more work for them. So all in all I might not be the cheapest business to call but I’m certainly not the most expensive
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer I like to set a date to meet and go over the project Thoroughly and make sure the new customer has every and all options and souloutions possible before we end out conversation
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Well I’ve been working this trade every summer all summer since I was 10 so I have 25 years and counting of actual hands on roofing experience and I’m only 35 my education was as a kid take care of business like a man and so the rest is history.
