FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price a job fairly and I usually end up somewhere in the middle on pricing. Most of my jobs are short and small but if it is a longer job or a shorter drive time I discount for that. I always encourage the customer to buy the supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first see my quote I try to bid on it fairly and competitively using the info provided. I try to follow up asking questions and for pictures so that there are no surprises on my end and the customer knows the service they are getting. When you contact me Thumbtack charges me for the lead so I am already invested and try to make it work for everyone.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors degree in Management and have always been called on to help with maintenance of equipment or facilities at different jobs I have worked. I have also fixed up several houses to make them ready to sell or rent out.
