FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and fair. We are a smaller yet growing company and don't have the overhead the larger companies do so we are able to provide the best product for less.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most of our work is insurable claims due to storm, hail or wind damage. We inspect the roof to determine whether there is enough damage for a claim. Pictures are taken and shown to the home owner to see what was found and discuss their options. Then a non-binding contract is signed that gives us the right to perform the roof replacement. We call the insurance company with the home owner to schedule an Insurance Adjuster to view the roof's damage. I will meet with the Insurance Adjuster when they arrive and walk the roof with them and hold the insurance company responsible for the damage. If the insurance company does not approve the full roof replacement then the contract is considered null and void. At that time we have several options with what can be done to the roof or appeal the claim and have it inspected yet again.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been with my brother and the contractors we have worked with to learn the trade over the past several years.
