- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Regarding pricing: Most estimates can be given if a customer can explain the scope of the work and provide pictures via email or text. Please allow at least one business day for a response.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process, as it regards to working with new customers involve: *Receiving information via thumbtack *Reaching out to customer via phone, email or text *Understanding customer needs and a truthful discussion on whether or not our business can accommodate *Setting a mutually agreeable time if estimate is approved *Payment collected at the end of the job once customer is satisfied *Feedback is encouraged *Repeat customers are always welcomed and appreciated
