I have not been to the salon yet, but just talking over the phone impressed me! Very quick to respond, sounded very professional & willing to make things work to satisfy my "wants" as a customer. She never once said "we can't do that" or "that's not going to happen" as I have heard from other salons near me. Very excited to have my hair done by Carmen!

She came in on time. We had some up dos that she couldn’t complete very nicely. The girls with their hair down looked nice because their hair was very simple. If you’re looking for something simple and down and nice- she’s good. Otherwise I would go with someone that has more expensive experience for more elaborate up dos or half up hair dos.
