We can install new windows that are supplied at factory discount pricing or design a cabinet or mantel custom built for your home made with locally sourced materials. Our company and its associates can handle any size job and would like to go over your unique construction needs.
I enjoy meeting new customers and hearing new ideas so, I can use my experience and creativity to accomplish the project objectives. We use local sub contractors and source our materials from local businesses. We custom make all our cabinets and custom pieces allowing our company to get involved in fun and interesting projects.

Tom contacted me through Thumbtack two days before he was set to install my door with a brief message. "Need your address thanks." I had not received any notification that he was needing additional information from me. When the time came, Tom was nowhere to be seen. I hop on Thumbtack to check to make sure I had the right time and discovered his message. I thought my address was already provided via Thumbtack, and that he had plenty of opportunities prior to me hiring him to ask me for it. I gave him a phone call and was told that since he didn't hear from me, he had already taken on another job for our time slot in the southern part of the state.
I understand that things happen, and miscommunication occurs. Yet, I don't feel that he gave more than a half-hearted attempt to contact me when I had taken the day off work in order to have this work done. Instead of attempting at least one more time to contact the customer who hired him, he took another job leaving me in a bind.

I had no reason to request an address or phone number prior to being hired and all of the communication concerning the job was via Thumbtack. I'm sorry that the communication failed. In fact the information was not provided until after the appointment time.
