- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge $65/hr and bill down to 6 min increments with no monthly minimums. Our contract is cancellable at any time so we need to prove our value each day.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will start with a meeting/call to discuss the specifics of the business and their scope of work as well as discuss Supporting Strategies' unique approach to delivering our services remotely and efficiently. If hired, we will then have a kick-off call with our Manager and Associate assigned to the account.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Finance and worked for 20 years in underwriting and business development at banks and other commercial lending institutions. I have a lot of experience working with small middle market companies and am familiar with the financial and accounting issues they face as they are growing and competing. My bookkeeping associates all have advanced degrees in accounting with 10+ years of direct experience in accounting.
