I am a certified marketing research professional (PRC), and have over 5 years of direct marketing research experience. I have over 15 years of Product/Brand Marketing experience as well.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Do you really want to know the true answers or are you looking for proof to simply confirm a belief? A large part of what I do is identifying the true business issues so we can determine what questions to ask which will allow you to make an informed decision. I take care ensuring my marketing research design leads to objective answers...good or bad.
