FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically my quote is $100 for the service call including 2 hours of labor and common parts. The quote provided will be personalized to include extra cost of parts and reflect anticipated working conditions while providing a value for the requested service. I know how frustrating it is to have the quoted price go up multiple times, even if the job takes longer or more material I strive to stick to the quoted price. Transparent and early communication is key if the quoted price is no longer accurate.
