- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange a time to set up a consultation to see how we can best meet the customer's needs, offer any insight as to how their goals can best be met and then ultimately give the customer a an accurate quote.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I grew up helping my dad with his construction business, spent a number of years working in the timber business cutting trees professionally, as well as doing construction on the side. Then went to full-time work in construction on the heavy industrial side of things and was able to refine my skills in project management, then eventually decided to go out on my own and start my own business.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your best to find a contractor who will treat you like a valued customer, not just another project or paycheck.
