- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fixed pricing $10 per hour. Sometimes clients ask me to raise my cost as the amount I charge is too low as compared to the quality of work I provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My way of working is a bit different, I finalize the requirements first, once the requirements are finalized, then I share a proposal containing the requirements, scope of work, the timeframe, responsibilities etc. which needs to be signed by the client electronically, once that is done, then I start working on the layout, once the layout is approved via client, then only I start to integrate it.
