Our service is free at the moment and is here for homeowners to enjoy. We only charge $30 to cover for Thumbtack lead cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers can reach out at any point of their process - whether if its before taking their estimates and just want consultation, Simply need help choosing the right contractor for their project, Need help figuring out the right price and negotiating with the contractor the right way or ALL OF THE ABOVE. We are here to help get you a successful project at the right price. The typical process takes 1-2 days depends on the size and details of the job. Once we've received 1-3 quotes from our clients we immediately start a thorough background check process to eliminate contractors that don't meet the legal requirement for the job to insure the safety of the homeowner. Our next step is reading through the scope of work and the contract details to insure that it match's the homeowners goal with high quality of materials and labor and that there are no "surprised" or hidden fees. The homeowner gets a report of the findings and will be asked to choose his preferred contractor making an informed decision. We then will work on getting a better price on the behalf of the homeowner by negotiating with their preferred contractor while maintaining good relations and keeping the high quality of the project.
