- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I come out to customers' homes and businesses and give free estimates. My pricing is reasonable and competitive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
initial consultation , discuss customers concerns, propose solutions, come up with a game plan based on budget and timeline, complete job , make sure customer is satisfied and goals have been met, get paid and ask for future business and referrals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IBEW trained Florida journeyman Master electrician CEDIA certified BICSI certified OSHA certified CPR and First aid certified
