Q & A
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Generally, an uncontested Divorce is $1000 plus the filing fee. A contested divorce is $4000. That's 20 hours at $200/hour. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the matter and the time it takes. Prices for criminal cases depend on the charge and the facts surrounding the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I offer free 30 minute consultations to go over your individual situation and explain how the law applies and what the legal process will encompass.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee since 2009. I have a Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School of Law, I have a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from MTSU and an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Jackson State.
