Tommy helped make the process of my divorce understandable for me, and when things went poorly in it, he went to bat for me time and time again. He helped me through the whole process, including with my correspondence so I never put my foot in my mouth. When my divorce turned into a unique situation, he handled it as quickly and thoroughly as anyone in that situation could. I also initiated a wrongful death suit through his law office and they cancelled it and took nothing in payment once it became clear the insurance company would be willing to pay without needing to involve them.They handled me with care and I will definitely be using their offices again, should I ever need a lawyer in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Generally, an uncontested Divorce is $1000 plus the filing fee. A contested divorce is $4000. That's 20 hours at $200/hour. Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the matter and the time it takes. Prices for criminal cases depend on the charge and the facts surrounding the case.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer free 30 minute consultations to go over your individual situation and explain how the law applies and what the legal process will encompass.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed to practice law in the State of Tennessee since 2009. I have a Juris Doctorate from the Nashville School of Law, I have a Bachelor Degree in Political Science from MTSU and an Associate Degree in Computer Information Systems from Jackson State.
