- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
AAVD knows times can be tough for organizations. We give discounts when possible. Our prices are quite affordable without a discount. Being honest is more important to our team than overpricing to make more from our customers. Happy Customers, Happy work environment; that's how we strive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we schedule a walk-thru either residential or commercial. Our highly skilled technician will diagnose what is needed then write up an estimate. Technician will discuss the estimate. The customer then at that time or anytime applicable to add anything they may want. A quote will be sent to sign if the customer wants to move forward with the design, install, repair, or service. Our rental process is a little bit different. Being a new customer we will get all the information for them needed, create the rental agreement via instruction. Customers can order rental equipment for Audio, Visual, and lighting systems/equipment via phone, email, fax, or in person. The confirmed quote will be sent email with the choice to pay by check, card, or online thru our email service. We do our very best to make this a convenient process for our beloved customers!
