The best kept secret in North Texas is Riteway Roofing & Construction. My husband and I were introduced to Riteway by a visit from Mr. Willie Riley. He was driving by our home and noticed our roof had signs of damage from out last major storm. Mr. Riley helped to educate use with roofs, storms and how shingles can be damaged. My husband was ready to have Riteway start that day but I was very suspicious and wanted to look at other companies before agreeing to have the work done. My husband and I lost money this year by investing with a company in a maintenance program that is no longer in business. So needed more time. I went on line looking at other companies and found what they consider extra is what Riteway considers standard. We called Mr. Riley back to discuss his process. To our surprise he works alongside us in dealing with the insurance company. He explained what to expect from them and why. It went smooth and easy making our concerns minimal. During the construction Mr. Riley came several times a day checking on his workers making sure the job was going well. When his workers found dry rot, Mr. Riley called my husband out to show him the damage and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue before adding the new shingles. The following day I came home and noticed our white stacks on the roof have been painted to match our new shingles. According to Mr. Riley that's just the right way (Riteway) to complete the job. I recommend Riteway Roofing and Construction to anyone needing work done on their home.
