We own 24 Subway Franchises in our area and spend a lot of money advertising. A couple years we set up FB pages for our stores to advertise locally but never had any success nor the time to keep up the pages. We hired The Social AIM to manage our FB pages with hopes of building a following. The took over the pages, built out following, through targeted ads were able to drive customers to our stores. What we noticed is subways adversting couple increase sales as a whole; some stores would be up and some down but they just looked at did total sales increase. The Social AIM was able to drive traffic to stores that didn't see increase through traditional advertising. Since then they have created other social pages, they handle our email marketing, monthly newsletter, and local promotions.

The Social AIM team really helped my business. I didn't know where to start but knew I needed more of an online presence. I bought a business from someone that came with a website. We brought the in initially to do a logo and some SEO. We ended up having our website revamped, they set up our social media and trained us to operate it ourselves. After a month we hired them to manage all our social media sites and market us on the internet. Google Places had us listed as closed permanently and we never had any business come from internet. Now we have about 20% of our business come from social media marketing. I would recommend them to anyone.

I'm in my early 30s - starting my own business - As a millennial I figured it would be no problem for me to handle my social media. What I had to figure out very quickly was (first off - owning your business is HARD) second - if I wanted to own a SUCCESSFUL event planning business I needed to start realizing how much is my time worth. I was spending 4-6 hours a day trying to understand Facebook algorithms, ad equations, relevant material for posting and newsletters, and branding. I was losing more money (than I was saving in time) trying to validate my business rather than proposaling and and planning and actually operating events that were already on the books. I tried the intern thing and wasn't getting the results and content I was looking for, then someone said something interesting to me... "you dont hire a car mechanic to be your personal trainer - why would you hire an intern to be your marketing team?" The Social Aim was the answer I was looking for. Now that I have them managing my accounts - I have time for different sales efforts on top of the social media exposure. They really helped me to redefine my brand and focus my marketing efforts. I'm still a work in progress but I can't wait to see how I continue to grow with real social media experts on my team!!!
