- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process of course depends upon the request for service. Generally we schedule a phone or video chat where we can discuss the most current challenges & needs, at which point we will determine a course of action. Then a formal proposal will be generated for signature and at last we get the amazing chance to create incredible, deep, lasting, measurable change for each individual & the teams at large.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am officially certified by John C. Maxwell, in addition to over 15 years of professional experience in sales & marketing including coaching, service, planning & business strategy & development.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been coaching, speaking & consulting for most of my professional life. It is important when you truly identify your gifts, talents & abilities that you do everything possible to use them in service of your fellow man & woman. I decided to launch my own firm in 2016 so that I can use my gifts to enrich and assist as many individuals and teams as I can live & perform next level.
