- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each service we provide is customized specific to the customer's use case. We create a business proposal document that will guide you through a series of relevant questions to help refine your ideas. We use this information to better understand you, your project, and your goals, so that we can give you an accurate quote more quickly and offer you better service throughout our working relationship. Once completed, we’ll be in touch to clarify any details, answer any questions, and provide an initial estimate for your project. You’ll also receive a PDF with all of your responses via email immediately after submitting the form. Feel free to keep this file for your own records.
