Introduction: My Bachelor's of Science in Fitness and Health Promotions sets me apart from others in this profession. A college degree is not required to be a personal trainer. With that being said so much of the field simply has a certification that may have been acquired in an hour. I am able to use my education to pinpoint weight management solutions to go along with my functional personal training techniques and nutritional recommendations. These strategies make it easy to pack on muscle, lose weight, or tone up. I love having the opportunity to improve other's quality of life by implementing better life choices and guiding them through a safe and effective workout.

Chris is an AWESOME trainer! I've been going to him for almost 6 months and in that short period of time he's helped me drop fat while gaining lots of muscle tone. Chris can get you motivated and keep you there while having fun. I look forward to the days we workout together because I know they are short but very effective! Thumbs up for Chris!
