- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I believe its important to get to know each one of my clients personally. I typically begin by reaching out to a potential client on my personal cell phone to get to know more about them and their legal issue. From there, we will together develop a battle plan on how to best deal with their legal issue.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have ten years of legal experience in a variety of practice areas including bankruptcy, debtor rights, foreclosure defense, probate, real estate, and military and veteran related issues. As a Professor of Law, I taught law students and other lawyers the substantive and practical aspects of the law. Due to my experience, I have been frequently invited to present on various legal issues.
