- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is always based on the amount of work and time needed to accomplish the individual or businesses needs. Often I can repurpose older work/systems/software solutions to achieve the needed results at a fraction of what other consultants may need to charge, so each client's individual needs and situations are carefully reviewed. I always work within the budget provided by focusing on needs that will have the most significant impact on the clients business objectives and goals. I know what I don't know, so at times I may recommend they utilize other professionals for portions of the job if I feel they can get it done faster, better, and at a lower cost than I can provide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial phone or in person discovery process to gain a strong understanding of the client's current or potential business model, what the client is looking to accomplish, their timeframe for the project, and what they looking to accomplish as a result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 17 years working in multiple industries, as an employee, owner, manager and consultant. I have worked in partnership with some incredibly successful and seasoned business experts over the years, from start-up founders to angel investors, allowing me to gain incredible real-life insight into what makes companies successful. Real-world business experience is my background, which has provided me with knowledge that no amount of money or schooling can get you.
