- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No, We dont charge by hour because we dont like to rush our employees, we like to get paid for our job, supplies. transportation, insurances, tips for one single price. Every place is different and every cleaning need is unique. For catering the amount of guests and ingredients are the main subject to discuss
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, let them know that we are very proud to be part of their life, second, that we will do our best to maintain our standards and their opinion will be appreciated, and last, we start with our special treatment because every single customer is special for us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the owner of Mandados Services first I obtained a BSL to prepare and manage our company, with our Cleaning Department I worked in year 2001 at the Ritz Carlton in Naples as a Housekeeper and I enjoyed how delicate and detailed the job was suppoused to be, I worked at another Cleaning Company long time ago, but their way of operation and employees was not the best. In 2005 Rosario Perez Cleaning Services started with a friend. In 2007 Mandados Services was registered as a multiservices Company.
