- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We generally price using our own matrix which takes into account the number of rooms, square footage, and time needed to complete. We are not a franchise and therefore have no franchise fees or royalties that must be paid every month like the local franchises do. This allows us to set much more reasonable prices than the local franchises. We have no corporate office dictating to us how to run our business or telling us where and how to advertise, what supplies we must buy, ect. This allows us much more freedom in forming our rate structure. Not only that, but when you chose a locally owned business over a franchise, more of your hard-earned dollars stay within the local community which helps the local economy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to schedule a time to come to your home or place of business to give you an accurate quote, otherwise we provide quotes based on the information you provide via the app. The more info you can provide the better. We will confirm your first cleaning within 24 hours of its scheduled time via phone. Harrison Pure uses consistent servicers for residential cleanings to ensure familiarity and repoire with our clients. So,what happens if I am not happy with my cleaning? We offer a 100% Green Clean guarantee on our services. If you are not happy with your service, please call within 24 hours of your cleaning and we will send the team out within 2 days to re-do any areas of concern. In order for our 100% Green Clean Guarantee to remain in effect for your cleaning it is essential that you call us within 24 hrs of your cleaning if you are not satisfied. You must also allow us access to the home within 48hrs of the time of the original cleaning so that we can re-clean any areas of concern. If you do not contact us in the allotted time, or do not allow us access to the home to re-clean any areas of concern, then our 100% Green Clean Guarantee will be voided. Please understand that we have these policies in place to protect both our clients and our company. We do place your satisfaction in our services as an utmost priority.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Harrison Pure Cleaning carrys both a general liability and workers compensation insurance policy to protect both our clients and ourselves. There is no licensing requirement, or licensing procedure, for maid services in Rhode Island at this time. Before starting this company, I worked in a partnership under another cleaning company servicing residential, commercial, and vacation home rentals. My prior experience was in corporate IT, but I am a lifelong "neat freak" and thoroughly enjoy cleaning. I am self-educated in natural & green cleaning after experiencing and subsequently understanding how the chemicals & residues we incorporate into our homes affect our health and well being. I look for the same qualities in my staff (attention to detail, going above the status quo) and my staff has an understanding why we clean "green".
