- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are many factors that go into pricing. I like to schedule a time to talk with the customer, go over their vision and their needs. We'll come up with a rough draft and from there we go over the pricing options.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will schedule a meeting to get details and talk with you about your idea. Then we will prototype a live version of your app so that you can test it on your device, having a rich user experience like: navigate between screens, click buttons, look up and fill forms with data, etc. Prototyping allows you to feel how your app will look like and behave, and you can make enhancements as you are testing its usability, validating your idea as you were using the real application.
