Introduction: Often times the legal process may seem daunting for those who need legal services; however, it is my goal from the outset to allay my clients' anxiety and apprehension about the legal process. This is accomplished by identifying client's goals and legal issues involved, and then devising a plan to achieve those goals based on the law. I treat my clients the way I would want to be treated if I were in their shoes, which includes personal attention and compassion. It brings me tremendous joy when a client receives justice after they have suffered. A case that always stands out in my mind involves a young widow who contacted my office when her late husband passed away due to medical negligence at a hospital. While her late husband could not be brought back to life, the hospital was held accountable for its negligence, and she received ample compensation that will assist her throughout the remainder of her life. This wrongful death case is merely one of many cases that have fueled my passion and commitment to the pursuit of justice.
