Said they would arrive between 9-10am, and arrived at 10:30. Moving truck was small meaning it took 3 trips to move a 3 bedroom house; even though the size of the house was discussed in advance of hire. Lastly they dropped the sofa causing damage to hardwood floor in new home and then claimed the damage was already there. We arrived a little late, but did stay in contact with the client to inform them of our arrival time. Size of moving truck was based off of size of home. We did have to take 3 trips therefore, deducted travel time from clients overall total without them asking (we took full responsibility for not bringing a big enough truck). The client even requested us to move a live 6 foot Christmas tree to assure Christmas would be special for her family. We took the extra step to make this happen. I don't want to forget the shed outback we were not told about prior to our quote we cleaned out and moved for the client as well. The damage to the floor was there prior to our services, we proved this to the client when we were able to obtain pictures from when the house was on the market weeks earlier. We even credited the client $35 for the floor we later found out we didn't even damage (our loss, clients gain). Even after we noticed we didn't do the floor damage we still offered to fix it, plus two other damaged spots on the hardwood floor. We are just nice people, what can I say. 😊. Jacqueline, please hire another contractor to fix your floor, we are no longer interested in assisting you for this service. You can also YouTube the problem and see it's a easy cheap fix and do it yourself. We apologize the move didn't meet your expectations. Hope you enjoy your new home and as always wish you the best.
