- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge hourly and I communicate how time will be used as well as reporting duties performed per hour. I require a min of 2 hours and will send an invoice after the first hour of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will set up an initial consult free of charge and explain the process of styling and assess your needs. Once that is established, we will work according to if you are in Nashville or if we will be working remotely. Skype, FaceTime, and other digital platforms are used remotely as well as email, text and phone calls. For in person clients we can either meet at my styling studio, at a store, or wherever they prefer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10+ years in personal styling and image consulting. With my line of work, experience is the only factor that will help a stylist and consultant be of utmost service to clients.
