- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each pet that is in our care is an individual, therefore, every pet's stay is different and each pet's stay is crafted to best suit their individual needs. Our commercial location does have set pricing, we have a price base, since we do provide this service from our home we are better able to accommodate special needs, special requests and special payment plans and options. We offer both short term and long term boarding, specializing in Board & Train and extended stays. Daycare is welcome to those in the area visiting the wineries and breweries.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet & Greets go a long way toward building trust with pet owners—after all, you’re trying to find the perfect fit in someone you will be having care for a precious member of your family. We like to arrange a Meet & Greet for every new client—so if you’re ready to move forward with booking a stay, training, grooming or a walk let us know and we will arrange a Meet & Greet. This way, we can get to know you and your pet before booking—and you can have the opportunity to meet us as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are trained and certified in Pet First Aid and FEMA certified in Animal Rescue.
