Pauline's Staffing and Catering did a recent party for me for 80 people. The food was amazing and some of my guests called later to tell me how much they enjoyed it! The staff was completely professional and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better result. Pauline was a pleasure to deal with - straightforward and accurate in her budgeting. I have had the pleasure of working with Pauline and her team for many years. She makes things easy with creative and budget-friendly menu suggestions. Her food is beautifully presented and absolutely delicious, the servers are friendly and professional, and they always leave the place cleaner than when they arrived.
