- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a fairly standard pricing structure and I share it with each client once they contact me and we set a date.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I receive a request through my website (email), I contact them within 24 hours. I send them a Welcome Packet that has samples of my work and all the info they need for the session (what to wear guide, pricing, Q&A's, how-to's, etc). We select a date, time, talk a little bit about each other , and what each client is hoping to get out of the session. I'm available over the phone, text or email right up until our session date for questions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Photography (well art really) has been in my blood since before I was born. I took photography classes in Junior High all the way up through College. I received a BAFA from my hometown state school (Washington State University...Go Cougs!) where I focused mostly on photography in addition to other art mediums.
