- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when we first start working with a customer we go look at the job and write up a estimate on the spot some times we take the measurements and anything else we need and email the quote with in a day or two. if they decide to go with us 90% of the time we can start the job with in 1 to 3 weeks. standard payment procedure for us is half down and half on finish .if it's a job that will take more then a week we break up payment to a third down a third on the rough and a third on the finish.
